the essence of competition

When we enter to competition, we should be open to many experiences we can learn from it. The real essence of competition is not to beat the other person, but to bring out the best in each other. For winning is not the only thing in the game. On the other hand, losing allows us to become a better and stronger person.
In a world where people set expectations as we compete, we need a great deal of patience and perseverance to withstand the pressures and face the challenges of the competition. Patience and perseverance to compete and finish the race.
For when the competition is over, it is not the question of who won  or who lost. But more importantly, how much of your goals have been achieved that matters most. Compete therefore, not for the prize you will receive, but for the opportunity to bring out the best not only in others but most importantly the best in you.

anything will do

If you want to reach far, you have to let go in order to move forward. When you let go, you free yourself from carrying a heavy load that slows you down in your journey. Letting go allows you to think of what is at hand while leaving behind the worries of yesterday and the anxieties of tomorrows.
Never be afraid to let go of what you have. Sometimes losing what you posses enables you to discover something better for yourself. Let go of your fears in order to walk in the light. Don't hold on to your pains and  hurts in order to live in peace and joy.
Always remember that the heavier the load you carry, the slower is your journey and more likely you'll get weary. Letting go allows you to welcome with openness the many possibilities that will surely come your way. Let go and let live. That's the way we would live.

which way???

When we are at a crossroads in our journey, we must choose which road to take. Shall we take the same path we've been through? Same dusty old road we are too familiar? Same twists and turns that we can walk with our eyes closed?Or, shall we take the road less traveled where every turn becomes an exciting discovery? Where each path becomes a mystery to uncover and the journey becomes more challenging to overcome? The choice is yours.
